first time trying to look for news about subscribing, saw a news title that says: Online radio used by 8.1 mln UK adults a week, i clicked on it but wasn’t able to see the actual news, it says The article you requested is only available to subscribers. then i duh-ed myself, no free lunch, nor free news. but the interesting thing is the price of subscribing on this website. you either subscribe for a single day or subscribe for a whole year. my poor-people humanity finds me the cheapest option: 5 euro for a one-day subscription with a 24-hour archive. 5 euro? how much american dollar is that? and in contrast the most expensive one is 950 euro for unlimited archive for a year. i don’t know what kind of golden news do they have on that website. although there are many free subscriptions on the internet, some of them are just a ‘lil bit better than the others. just like merchandises, they have a price and you’ll have to pay to get them. fortunately for us, the internet provides free information, too. i tried another search and went to a website that shows videos. on the page it says: Before subscribing, please verify that you can view this sample video, and that you meet our system requirements. good for me that my computer didn’t embarrass me and met their system requirements. and because i really don’t like to download applications or add-ons that kind of stuff on my computer to be able to watch or do something on some unknown website that i probably won’t visit again, i’m glad that they asked. cuz if i were subscribing to this website and found out that my computer wasn’t good enough for it… i’ll still have to download the application or software to watch the video.
